Reservation Policies

Payment for the weekend covers meals on Saturday (lunch and dinner) and Sunday (lunch), and all materials. Breakfast is not provided either morning. Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so to secure your seats please pay when you complete your registration. Credit card processing through PayPal is the fastest form of payment accepted and can be used even if you don’t have a PayPal account! If your reservation is not paid in full, it will automatically be cancelled and will require resubmission.

A minimum of seventeen (17) days notice is required to cancel or reschedule any weekend; $60 is always non-refundable. Balance is refundable only with the 17 day notice. Scholarships are available for couples unable to pay assuming arrangements can be made prior to the weekend between the couple, the couple’s priest, and CEE financial directors.

Please type names as you wish them to appear on the certificate. Be sure the email addresses you provide are accurate as email is the primary method of communication. All information is confidential and not shared with other parties. For questions about registration, please contact us.

No admittance to a weekend without payment in full.
Once you submit your registration information, you will receive an email as confirmation. If you do not receive this email, please contact us because there may be a problem with your registration submission.
We are following diocesan guidelines regarding Covid which states: “Wearing of masks in large indoor groupings remains HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but NO LONGER MANDATED. And social distancing continues to be encouraged.”
